Please review the “Letter to Pastor” and send in the “Senior Pastor Preliminary Application Form”.
We will contact short-listed candidates and request the following additional materials:
a. “Senior Pastor Supplemental Application Form” filled out by the candidate
b. “Reference Form” sent out directly by us from three or more references
c. Sermon tapes or links
d. Any other relevant information
Before submitting your application, please be sure to read CCHK’s Visions, Values & Beliefs and listen to a recent audio sermon by our Associate Pastor on being in the center of God’s will.
